Aqua Hand Car Wash & Detail

I've used this location multiple times over the last 9 years not just for the hand wash but for detailing, clay bar, and buffing. I feel the price is fair for the work performed. Juan helped us figure out exactly which services we needed to get the results we wanted, and this time didn't disappoint! Definitely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Aqua Hand Car Wash & Details! From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They did an outstanding job cleaning my car. It looks spotless inside and out. A special thank you to Juan for providing exceptional customer service. He was kind and pleasant. His professionalism was 100% If you're looking for excellent service and a car that looks brand new, I highly recommend Aqua Hand Car Wash & Details. I'll definitely be coming back! ♡

I've been using the one on Montrose for the past few weeks I'm not disappointed one bit with them. Friendly, courteous, clean facility. They've washed both my car and motorcycle.

I have been coming to this car wash for years, driving nearly an hour each way because I trusted the service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I was informed that under new management they no longer offer a military discount, which is disappointing in itself. However, what is far worse is the lack of professionalism and respect shown by staff. After my visit, I found a handwritten message on my vehicle window that read "es mamona.” This is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I even went back inside and asked staff if anyone by that name was present so they could come see it themselves, but no one took accountability. It is concerning that employees feel comfortable writing on customers’ vehicles, especially messages that can be interpreted as mocking or insulting. This reflects a serious lack of oversight and respect for customers. Between the removal of military discounts and this level of unprofessional behavior, I will not be returning. I hope management addresses this immediately, as this is not how you treat long-time, loyal customers.

Hello, all. Took my vehicle to Aqua this weekend for a detail and shampoo. Crossed paths with the new GM Angel, right hand man Josue, and also with the knowledge of a new owner to Aqua. The entire team at this company will have the new owner of Aqua blissful with the turn over rate of satisfied clients (include me in that percentage rate) streaming through their doors on a frequent basis. I am convinced that the cleaning team has a 6-speed automatic transmission set on high hooked on at all times, but, I must say even with their high volume of work i'm grateful that attention to detail still comes first. Big thanks for the whole team, and I hope their work is noticed because they did a great job. By the time my vehicle drove off the lot it was looking and feeling a hundred times better than when it arrived. Hope to be back sooner than later.
